If there was only one oil left on the planet, I would pick Frankincense. Only because it is an all-rounder – skin, health, immune, moods, muscles, body functions and the list goes on. You can use it topical, diffused and internal. It is considered the King of oils for good reason.

My favourite pretty, feminine, smelly one would be Ylang Ylang – and this is so good for female health support (mood swings, hormonal support, skin and hair etc).

Cleaning would be lemon or wild orange – both so powerful cleaners, but can be used for so much more around the house.

You do realise this is like asking me to choose between my children, lol – not an easy task at all. I have far too many favourites to just choose one oil 🙂 Tracey
