This pumpkin soup was the best pumpkin soup I’ve ever had!  I’m not kidding, I know there’s 20 million pumpkin soup recipes out there and I’m going to sound totally up myself and say that I think this was the best.

I used chicken bone broth in this recipe, I think that’s what gave it all it’s flavour.  Bone broth is incredibly easy to make and it so amazingly good for you.  You can get our bone broth recipe by clicking here or you can purchase it from our website by clicking here  – but seriously it’s soooooo easy to make yourself!

Chicken Bone Broth - Sistermixin

Honestly, I’d love for you to give this pumpkin soup recipe a go – even if you don’t have any bone broth you can use chicken stock but it won’t be quite the same.

As always, we would love to know what you think, so please leave us a comment below, give us a star rating and remember to share in our Facebook Chat Group and Instagram as well, we love seeing the pictures of what you are making so please share and #Sistermixin 🙂

Happy soup making!

Add all vegetables into your mixing jug.

Add broth and then add enough water to fill to just below your max line.

Cook for 20 mins/steaming temp (hottest temp your machine will go)/speed 1.

Once cooked puree your soup. Do this by slowing increasing your speed up to speed 8. Then puree for 1 min/speed 8 - be careful your machine will be HOT.

Serve warm with some cream if you desire.
